Those voices I keep hearing in my head . . . Will they ever go away

In the hallway by the closed door. Rug at my feet and a lamp overhead. Me and the family having a most excellent time. Playing a few math tricks in my head to keep my brain moving. Thinking about those spiders up in the corner. How did they get there?
